The Mindfulness in Recovery Community is a worldwide and inclusive recovery support community, open to anyone with a sincere desire for recovery, whether or not they are a member of a 12-step program. Our goal is to provide our members with daily mindfulness activities, tools, and a safe and supportive community that allows them to bring their 12-step program to life and provide a mindfulness based recovery community for those not in a 12-step program. Through the weekly themes of attention, values, wisdom, action, compassion and more, we combine the practice of meditation and the practical application of mindfulness in daily life.
